saturdays night’s alright for fighting

alright, i am significantly more calm than i was yesterday, lol.

and while the article i sited wasn’t directly saying that the abortion debate was set to reopen, it would if the conservatives felt they could garner public support. and the bill that passed does line up a dangerous president, even if it does specifically exclude abortion.

i understand the idea behind the bill passed, basically when someone murders a pregnant woman, they can be charged with two murders… but i think it’s fundamentally wrong. IMO a fetus is not a human life. if something can’t exist on it’s own without massive medical intervention, then i don’t think it should count as a human being. what if a pregnant woman did something or engaged in some sort of risky behavior and was responsible for miscarriage of the fetus. could she be brought to trail as a murderer? its fuzzy law making… emotional law making, and i don’t care for it.

but anyways.

today i hope to get a lot done… these damn invitations that are hanging over my head, simply must get resolved today. 2 months until the wedding, and no invites out yet. i totally fail weddings 101.

so we’re going to go for dim sum, then hit the craft store and get needed supplies, then get to it. i might need an afternoon beer for this. yes.
